This weekend for people with type one diabetes in Victoria was inspired by the very successful US-based Diabetes Training Camps, and the Perth based Diabetes Fits weekend.

Exercise sessions will be organised according to fitness level and experience. That means that anyone who has bought a bike for the first time won’t be in a training group with anyone who’s done the Tour de France!

I'm not really normally moved by educational posts, but yours seriously made me think about your points of views.
