Type 1 diabetic Adam Morrison became the third pick of the 2006 NBA draft on June 28th, chosen by the part-Michael Jordan owned franchise the Charlotte Bobcats. Adam comes off a highly success College basketball career where he was league top scorer in the NCAA, averaging 28 points per game for his home town College, Gonzaga, in Spokane, Washington.
